Honestly the best service I have ever experienced. Instead of opting for the usual trendy fare my boyfriend and I decided to go for a wholesome spur meal. What a pleasant surprise - food was delicious and well-prepared and the service was impeccable with four managers on the floor at any one time. Welcome change from the more upmarket restaurants we go to to pay for average 'gourmet' food and substandard service.

Great food and ambience. Love the Spur theme. The service is not great but good. They cater well to most kinds of eaters. Great restaurant to chill with friends and have some good food.

Was disappointed with the service and would rather visit Wimpy which is across. Ordered the breakfast and asked if I could substitute the bacon for mushrooms and was told no. I had to order the mushrooms separately. Been here before and would have appreciated being accommodated as there isn't much of a vegetarian choice here. Unlikely to return. Customer service goes a long way.

My daughter and I had breakfast here on Saturday. I hadn't been here for some years and was happy to see that the usual great Spur breakfast was served with speed. The coffee is bottomless as well :)
