We went to Ruimsig tonight to have dinner and celebrate that the 3rd term is done! My son took out his very expensive retainers he received this week and put them in a side plate. Our waiter didn’t see them and accidentally took them and threw them in the bin🙈 we only realized this a while later and frantically started searching for them. The managers saw the commotion and started helping us. My son and I went to the back of the kitchen to look in the bins, when we found two managers already busy digging through the trash. We put on gloves and started helping as we knew what to look for. Luckily we found both retainers quickly! What a relieve and what amazing service from the managers and staff at Ruimsig Spur. We are so Grateful! A HUGE thank you to you all(unfortunately I didn’t get their names) Also well done on the Beautiful renovations!!! We will definitely be back!

I would just like to thank Brenda (The manager at Spur) and the staff for making my daughters 4th Birthday Party a huge success. Everything went perfectly and although they where very busy the service was excellent. The play area is fantastic and the little ones had a ball. We where seated right next to the play ground so we could see our little ones the whole time. I would definitely suggest Wild Eagle Spur any time for a Kids Birthday Party. Once again thank you Brenda and Staff.

Generous portions and friendly staff. Best spur I have been to in a long time. Very nice area and quiet. Good for a night out with friends or family

It's a Spur, you get what you pay for. I cannot help but feel the food is terribly plastic though. It misses that "amazing" factor. This particular Spur keeps the food quality high so the chicken is just a little better and steaks are not as tough as what you would be used to from a Spur. Sadly they just do not excite me much.

A Spur is a Spur is a Spur. We had a meal here one Sunday evening.
There is plenty of parking. The venue is attractive, the service was good and the food was nice.

The ideal restaurant for families! No matter the age of your child. The outside play area keeps kids busy and entertained. Very spacious and no need to book a table, food and service was good

Had a birthday party booked. To start our tables was not ready. Food and service was slow. The only plus point is that they have a great entertainment area for the kids. I think they can do with more staff in the play area. I only saw one in that big area on duty. Have got better service from you guys before. Still thanks for a great afternoon.
